Ground Pork Stir Fry with Brown Basmati

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati Brown Rice
- 1 tbsp olive or neutral oil
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- ½ cabbage, sliced
- ¼-1/2 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
- 2 medium scallions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cook Della Basmati Brown Rice as instructed. Prep cabbage and scallion.

In a big pan or wok, heat oil on medium-high. Add ground pork, salt, and pepper. Cook until brown, breaking it up as it cooks. Add cabbage and sweet Thai chili sauce. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes until the cabbage is a little soft.
