Caramelized Pork Bowls over Basmati Brown Rice

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati Brown Rice
- 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Thai chili, chopped
- 1 lb ground pork
- 5 tbsp tightly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Sliced cucumber & cherry tomatoes

Cook Della Basmati Brown Rice as instructed. Prep vegetables.

Heat oil in a big pan on high heat. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and chili. Cook for 2 minutes. Add ground pork and cook until it's no longer pink. Break it up as it cooks.

Add sugar and fish sauce. Stir, then let it sit without stirring so it gets golden and sticky. Do this a few times.

Put rice, pork, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes on a plate. Top with green onions and enjoy!
