Honey Garlic Pork Chops over White Basmati Rice

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati White Rice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1.5 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/8 freshly ground black pepper, plus more for seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- ½-1 cucumber
- 2 bone-in pork chops
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Cook Della Basmati White Rice as instructed. Chop up garlic, cucumber and parsley. In a bowl, mix honey, water, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Dry the pork chops with a paper towel, then sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the pork chops until brown, about 4 minutes on each side. Take them out and set aside.

Turn the heat down. Pour the honey mix into the pan and stir until it starts to thicken. Put the pork chops back in and spoon some sauce on top.

Set plate with Della Basmati White Rice, cucumber slices, garlic pork and sprinkle parsley on top. Enjoy!
