Step 1List Item 1
Cook Della Basmati Rice like the package says. Get your veggies ready. Sprinkle some salt on the fish, then lightly coat it with rice flour. Shake off any extra flour so it’s not too thick.
-
Step 2List Item 2
Heat some oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the fish and cook until it’s golden brown on both sides. The inside should be warm and cooked through. Once done, take the fish out and put it on a plate.
-
Step 3List Item 3
In the same pan, pour in a little sesame oil and turn the heat to medium. Add the garlic, chili, and ginger. Cook for about 20 seconds, just until it smells really good and turns a little golden. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients, but don’t add the lime juice yet. Stir everything and let it simmer until it looks thick like syrup—this takes about 2 minutes. Add the lime juice and give it one last stir.

Step 4
Put the fish back in the pan and gently turn it so it gets coated in the sauce. Serve with rice and top with lime wedges. Enjoy your meal!
