Sauteed Ground Beef and Kale over Jasmine Rice

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati Rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2-3 cups of kale, chopped
- salt and pepper

Cook Della Jasmine Rice as instructed. Prep the vegetables.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium. Stir in onion, garlic, and green bell pepper. Saute for 5 minutes or until softened. Add in ground beef, break into small pieces, and cook until browned on all sides. Add in tomatoes, kale, salt and pepper. Saute until kale is wilted, about 2 minutes. Cover and let steam fully cook.
