Citrus Chili Swai over Basmati Rice and Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Della Basmati Rice
- 1 swai filets
- 1 tablespoons oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lime wedges - (or a half teaspoon of lime juice)
- 1 cup salad mix
- 1 tbsp of Italian vinaigrette dressing
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- OR 1 1/2 tbsp of creole seasoning

Prep vegetables seasoning. Then rinse your rice until the water becomes clear and add in what is shown in the video.

First, sprinkle some Creole seasoning on the top of the fish. Then, heat up some oil in a big frying pan. Put the fish in the pan with the seasoned side down. Let it cook for a little while.
While it's cooking, put seasoning on the other side of the fish. Carefully turn the fish over and let it cook some more until it's all done.

Then, add some butter and garlic to the pan and let it melt. Spoon the butter glaze over the fish. Squeeze some juice from a lime slice onto the fish.

Now, mix your salad with some yummy dressing. Put everything on a plate and enjoy your meal!
